I mentor you to help you develop resources to balance and integrate emotions, behaviors, and aspects of self.
In addition to teaching about consciousness, mindfulness, self-acceptance, self-forgiveness, and living in the now moment, I have a background in client-centered and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) therapies.
